Purpose and legal basis of personal data processing The Personal Data Administrator processes your personal data for the following purposes:
1. With regard to the data provided in the registration form - in order to take action before concluding a contract at your request (i.e. to set up an account) - the legal basis for the processing of these personal data is Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016 / 679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter: RODO);
2. With regard to data related to your activity on the Personal Data Administrator's website, i.e. information about the content you are browsing, data about the sessions of your device, operating system, browser, location, unique ID, IP address - in order to provide services that do not require registration, i.e. browsing the Personal Data Administrator's website and contact with the use of the contact form - the legal basis for the processing of these personal data is Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the RODO;
3. With regard to the personal data provided within the forms, as well as data concerning your activity within the application, i.e. data concerning the services you are browsing, as well as session data, your device and operating system, browser, location and unique ID - in order to perform the contract on rendering services by the Personal Data Administrator - the legal basis for the processing of these personal data is Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO;
4. With regard to personal data concerning your activity within the application and on the website, search history, location, IP address, device identifier, data concerning your web browser and operating system - in order to keep statistics on the use of particular functionalities of the website and the application, to facilitate the use of the website and the application and to ensure IT security of the website and the application - the legal basis for the processing of these personal data is Article 6(1) of the RODO;
5. With regard to the personal data provided during registration and other data that may be necessary to prove the claim or which application is based on a legal requirement, court order or other legal procedure - to establish, pursue and defend against claims in court proceedings and before other enforcement authorities - the legal basis for the processing of these personal data is Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO;
6. With regard to the personal data provided in the complaint, concerning the services provided, which are the reason for the complaint or request and the data contained in the documents attached to the complaint or complaint and requests - in order to process the complaint and respond to users' requests - the legal basis for processing these personal data is Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the RODO;
7. With regard to the e-mail address and data concerning your activity on the website and in the application, including the activity recorded and stored by cookies files - for the purpose of marketing of the Personal Data Administrator's own products. For marketing purposes, we use data about your activity to reach out to you with our marketing messages outside the Website and for this purpose we use the services of external providers. They consist in displaying our messages on websites other than the Website. The legal basis for the processing of these personal data is Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO.
Recipients of personal data and data transfer to a third country The recipients of your personal data may be entities that cooperate with the Personal Data Administrator in providing services for the Personal Data Administrator that support the activities of the Personal Data Administrator, such as that provide personnel, accounting, legal, administrative, marketing, and IT services. These entities process data on the basis of an agreement with the Administrator and exclusively in accordance with its instructions.
Data transfer to a third country Your personal data may be transferred to third countries, however, only to recipients who guarantee data protection and security, e.g. through:

Period of personal data storage Personal data will be processed for the period necessary to provide services, conduct marketing activities, provide other services to the user and for the period of limitation of claims, and in the case of legal proceedings, for the duration of such proceedings. In case of processing personal data on the basis of consent, the data will be processed until the withdrawal of consent.
Rights of data subjects You have the right to:
- demand from the Administrator to access, correct, delete or limit the processing of your personal data;
- transfer the data, which includes the right to receive the data and send it to another administrator or to request, if technically possible, to send it directly to another administrator;
- object to the processing of personal data (in case of data processing under Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO);
- to fill in a complaint to the Supervisory Authority, in particular in the Member State of your residence, place of work or place of alleged infringement. In Poland, the supervisory authority within the meaning of the RODO is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
Obligation to provide personal data Providing certain data is a condition for using certain services (obligatory data). The system automatically marks the mandatory data. As a consequence of not providing such data, some services will not be provided. Contrary to the data marked as mandatory, providing other personal data is voluntary.
Log Files
quickstream.tech follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies act in this way and it is a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.
