Quickstram HUB FAQ

Quickstream Hub is a marketplace for live video content and a directory of professional media entities. The marketplace is divided into Organizations and Channels. Organizations are entities operating in the media marketplace and include:
Content Providers (offering content):

• TV broadcasters
• Production companies
• Internet streamers
• Content aggregators

Content distributors (distributing content directly or indirectly to viewers):

• Cable networks/digital platforms/telecom operators
• OTT service providers
• Live streaming service providers
• Integrators
• Cinemas
• Ad brokers

Channels are live content or linear channels offered by Content Providers to Content Distributors. Each Organization can publish multiple Channels that are in its portfolio. Channels in Quickstream Hub are described by:

• Channel name
• Language
• Channel type
• Resolution

Quickstream Hub helps us achieve our mission to facilitate connections between content providers and distributors to build a fast, reliable and secure method for exchanging linear and live content.

We aim to:

• Create a global system for fast, reliable and secure exchange of professional live content and TV channels
• Eliminate all organizational and technological barriers related to the transmission and processing of audio/video signals
• Take full advantage of IP networks and cloud services to reduce costs and increase flexibility of media services
• Combine different working cultures of organizations from traditional TV broadcasters, streamers, cable networks and social media services.

All market participants can access the Quickstream Hub. Anyone can publish data about his Organization and information about the content and services they offer. More information on how to publish data can be found here.

In addition, Quickstream Hub participants can use Quickstream technology for a fast, reliable, and secure method of exchanging content.

Quickstream Hub makes it easy for market participants to network and access a publicly available database. We believe that by giving access to the database of market players we will encourage users to use our technology. Our goal is not to collect data for resale to others, to conduct pushy marketing campaigns, or to offer unsolicited products and services but promote open connectivity and Quickstream technology.

Using Quickstream Hub is free of charge and allows you to:

• create free content business cards of market participants in the database
• receive Channels provided by broadcasters and content holders

Sharing of channels by broadcasters is charged according to Quickstream's price list

Customer data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy an our established principles according to which:

• We will never share our data with external parties for advertising and marketing purposes
• We do not conduct pushy marketing campaigns
• We do not directly publish personal information without your express and informed consent. If a potential business partner is interested in your offer or content, you will receive a notification to which you do not have to respond.
